Networking NGO
As one of the objectives of Core Support Programme is to develop technology packages to establish business models / entrepreneurship models in the villages to create livelihood interventions, women SHGs were trained on the socio-economic advantages of the technologies standardized at MCRC. For effective dissemination of technologies, MCRC identifies Rural beneficiaries through network partner NGOs functioning in various parts of Tamilnadu. Predominant focus has been made to identify "Region Specific Technologies" for wider dissemination that makes use of local resources for livelihood interventions. Rigorous exercises have also been conducted to identify the villages as well as grass root beneficiaries for wide dissemination of such technologies.
