OPUTIA ROBUSTA

          This is a large-growing, tree like species. It can make numerous stems that grow to about 10 feet tall. Two inch yellow flowers are produced on larger specimens in summer, when they reach about 4 feet tall. It is normally propagated from cuttings but does grow quite easily from seed.
